Meet Jessica

From Our Kitchen Table to Yours

Hi—I'm Jessica, a wife, mom, and life long learner who believes life is best lived with a little grace, a little grit, and a good serving of salsa (or hot dogs, depending on the day). I’m on a journey—diving into the depths of my faith, exploring how the Bible becomes daily living, and discovering how food, home, and our stories knit together into something meaningful.

I live with celiac disease (but still love donuts from a distance), I’m learning slowly how to shape a home that reflects what I believe, and I’m not afraid to admit the chaos shows up more often than the Pinterest-perfect moment. My blog is where I share reflections on faith, clean(er) eating in a processed world, and the everyday work of finding beauty in the ordinary.

Come around, bring your questions and your quirks, and let’s walk this little stretch of the journey together—laughing, learning, growing, and occasionally eating chips & salsa for dinner.

Most of my self-portraits are cartoons. Why? Because they’re fun, I love cartoons, and I still own a full-blown 80s collection of Smurf, Flintstones, and Snoopy glasses to prove it. Also, it helps with privacy. Sort of.

Keeping it real. Even the photographs.

No filters. Just life.
